CANCELLATIONS
|
|
|
Upon cancellation of a booking of McArthur Room, the County reserves
the right to withhold 25% of the rental amount if the booking is
cancelled within one month of the event, and $50.00 if cancelled
with more than one month’s notice.
|
|
COMMERCIAL USE
|
|
|
Use of McArthur Room or the Tea Room for commercial activities would
be considered provided the rental fee and damage deposit are paid.
Use for commercial purposes requires prior permission from Council.
Auctions will not be permitted in McArthur Room.
|
|
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
|
|
|
Recreational/Cultural/Informational users will be required to pay a
damage deposit of $100.00.
