ELECTION BY ACCLAMATION

In accordance with section 34 of the Local Authorities Election Act, when at the close of nominations the number of persons nominated for any office is the same as the number required to be elected, the returning officer shall declare the persons nominated to be elected to the offices for which they were nominated.

Therefore, the Returning Officer declares that RICHARD, ROBERT has been elected by acclamation to the office of Ward 2 Councillor for Lac La Biche County.
