BYLAW 21-011

Take notice that the Council of Lac La Biche County is proposing to pass a bylaw pursuant to Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act and a public hearing will be held to obtain public input on proposed Bylaw 21-011.

The purpose of proposed Bylaw 21-011 is to amend Land Use Bylaw 17-004 by creating a new commercial zoning district, Arterial Commercial District (AC); and to rezone the following four lots within the hamlet of Lac La Biche from Highway Commercial District (HC) to Arterial Commercial District (AC), as shown on the proposed rezoning maps:

Anyone who is interested in speaking on the proposed bylaws is encouraged to participate. Those wishing to speak to County Council must pre-register to, by noon the day prior to the public hearing, and upon registering Legislative Services will provide registered participants with the necessary ZOOM information to access the public hearing by virtual means; participants will be given up to 10 minutes to present to County Council. Alternatively, you may forward a written submission to, or by fax at 780-623-2039, by noon the day prior to the public hearing, and it will be read into record during the public hearing.

Submissions received after the public hearing cannot be considered by Council, so it is important that interested parties participate in the public hearing.
