Lac La Biche County Seeks Members at Large for Boards and Committees: Subdivision and Development Appeal Board
Lac La Biche County is seeking Members at Large to serve on the following boards and committees. Members at Large are provided remuneration and compensation for expenses while performing their duties.
Subdivision and Development Appeal Board – 2 Members Required
The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) is a quasi-judicial board that hears appeals on subdivision and development decisions made by the subdivision and development authority.
The SDAB meets as required, and no more than 5 members will serve at any one hearing. All SDAB members are required to complete a mandatory training course. All training costs including remuneration and compensation are paid for by Lac La Biche County.
The County is seeking a member at large, effective immediately, to serve the remainder of a term that expires in September 2019. (with possibility for renewal until September 2022)
The County is also seeking a member at large to serve a three-year (3) term, effective April 1, 2019.
