A message to Bold Center and Portage Pool patrons: personal belongings in rented lockers
To our valued patrons,
Bold Center staff have taken the past week to disinfect and sanitize all activity areas and equipment as part of our response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As shared earlier last week upon the closure of recreation facilities, all programs, memberships and rentals will be credited, refunded or extended depending on the situation and service.
Members with fitness or pool locker rentals, we have a few options available:
- If you wish to keep your items and your locker as is, your rental will be extended for the duration of the closure.
- If you need to pick up your items from your locker, please call:
- Bold Center: 780-623-6363 by Thursday, March 26.
- Portage Pool: 780-623-6777 by Thursday, March 26.
Please note: we cannot guarantee that same locker will be re-allocated upon re-opening. Combination locks that can be provided to staff at the time of calling in will be returned with belongings. Padlocks will be cut to access belongings to reduce and prevent the spread of COVID-19—however, note that the Bold Center will provide you with a new lock in lieu. Staff will bring items to the main entrance bagged and labelled. They will distribute items to those who made arrangements.
The following time and location to pick up personal belongings from the Bold Center & Portage Pool will be available: Friday, March 27th between 4 and 5 pm at the Bold Center or Portage Pool (depending on where your locker is).
