Notice of Public Hearing: Leasing Municipal Reserve Lands

Take notice that the Council of Lac La Biche County has received a request to lease a portion of Municipal Reserve Lands pursuant to Section 674(1) of the Municipal Government Act.

The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain public input on the proposal to lease a portion of the Municipal Reserve (MR) Lands, as per the attached Schedule A.

Location:        Council Chambers at McArthur Place
                         2nd Floor, 10307-100 Street, Lac La Biche

A copy of the proposed leased area can also be obtained at the County Center during normal business hours. For further information please contact Diane Cloutier, Planning and Development Officer, at 780-623-6732.

Anyone who is interested in speaking on the proposed bylaw is encouraged to participate. Alternatively, you may forward a written submission to the Lac La Biche County Office – McArthur Place prior to 4:30 p.m. on September 21, 2020 and it will be read into record during the public hearing.

Please note that Council Chambers has limited seating and public health guidelines will be adhered to related to physical distancing and room capacity.
