An appeal has been filed with the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board regarding the following:

Proposed Development: Fencing and Screening (Berm) 
Variance Granted to: Maximum Height from 2.0 m (6.6 ft.) to 2.7 m (8.8 ft.)

A Subdivision and Development Appeal Board hearing has been scheduled to hear the appeal with respect to approval of development application 2020-124.

PLACE OF HEARING: Lac La Biche County – McArthur Place

DATE OF HEARING: Monday, November 23, 2020
TIME OF HEARING: 5:30 p.m.

Any persons affected by the proposed development have the right to present written brief(s) and/or to be present and be heard at the hearing.  Hearing participants may submit a written brief to the Clerk of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board prior to 4:30 p.m., Thursday, November 19, 2020, for inclusion in the packages.  Written briefs will further be accepted at the hearing. All submissions will form part of the public record.

Those wishing to participate in the hearing are requested to pre-register so that appropriate measures can be taken as it relates to physical distancing and public health recommendations.  Please pre-register by Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. by calling 780-623-6740 – you will be requested to provide a full name and contact number.
