Bilingual signage for local businesses
Local businesses can now seize the added value of bilingualism and welcome customers in both of Canada's official languages.
Through a partnership between Lac La Biche County, Alberta Bilingual Municipalities Association and Conseil de Développement Économique de l'Alberta, local businesses can request free bilingual signage for their premises. Bilingualism is an added value when we're welcoming visitors to our region and our community.
This opportunity is available to businesses located in Lac La Biche County as well as the neighbouring Indigenous communities of Beaver Lake Cree Nation, Buffalo Lake Métis Settlement, Heart Lake First Nation and Kikino Métis Settlement. This is part of a pilot project, partly funded by the Government of Canada.
