Regional Clinical Strategy and Roadmap

In February 2026, Lac La Biche County engaged Deloitte to support the development of a long-term strategy for healthcare services in the region. 

This initiative aims to identify current healthcare needs, explore opportunities to improve access to services, and establish a roadmap to guide future healthcare planning and development. 

The strategy will help inform decisions and priorities to better support the evolving healthcare needs of Lac La Biche County residents and surrounding communities.
