A fire restriction is in effect for Lac La Biche County’s permitting area.
This means that:
- Existing fire permits remain cancelled, and no new fire permits will be issued at this time.
- Fireworks and exploding targets are prohibited.
Allowed:
- Portable propane fire pits.
- Gas or propane stoves and barbecues.
- Catalytic or infrared-style heaters.
- Safe warming and campfires.
- Use of charcoal briquettes.
- Off-highway vehicle use on public lands.
